I forgot my password

On the app’s sign-in screen, choose “Forgot your password?”. You get an email with a link for changing the password. The link is valid for 60 minutes. After the change, the account is signed out on every device.

I forgot the code for the adult area

After five wrong tries the code is locked, and the adult area opens with the account password.
